Finally got a chance to tackle another bucket list trail run, the Kalalau Trail along the Nā Pali Coast of Kauai. This was the longest adventure run that Linda and I have been on in over a year, since that whole spitting out a kid thing occurred 🙂
We were fortunate to run the trail on an absolutely perfect day, and there was also a big wave warning in effect, meaning the ocean put on an absolute performance for us all day long.
I put together this short (<5min) video that encapsulates the day and puts the big surf in perspective.
